Based on our own experience over more than two decades, A1 INMOBILIARIA - Real Estate can advise on builders and other service personnel, such as electricians, plumbers and carpenters. The owners have bought, renovated and sold a number of properties in the area, so are familiar with tradesmen and which are good and not so good.
A1 INMOBILIARIA - Real Estate offers a complete service to both vendors and purchasers. Our modest commission of 2.5% of the agreed sale price includes organising the paperwork, liaising with the other party, attending the notary for the signing (completion), translation and interpreting services, and liaising with the lawyers/conveyancers.
For buyers on the lookout for something special, A1 INMOBILIARIA - Real Estate also offers a search service. You tell us what you are looking for and we will endeavour to find it. If you go on to purchase one of our "finds", we charge a modest 2.5% finder's fee.
A1 INMOBILIARIA - Real Estate is family-run and offers a personal service. You can speak to us by telephone, via Messenger or Whatsapp and/or by email. As stated above we speak English, Spanish, German and French.

Our property portfolio is based around Ronda, Montejaque, Benaojan and other villages of the northern Serrania de Ronda.
Ronda, the main town in the area, is the stunning mountain-top town beloved of famous people like Ernest Hemingway, Orson Welles, Rainer-Maria Rilke, Madonna and Michelle Obama.
MEET THE OWNERS OF A1 INMOBILIARIA - Real Estate
Paul Whitelock and Rita Drechsler met in Ronda at the Feria de Pedro Romero (Ronda’s annual festival) in September 2008 and hit it off straight away. A few months later Paul emigrated from the UK and he and Rita lived together in Montejaque for nearly three years. They married in 2010 and moved to a rural villa just outside Ronda, in 2011.
In 2020 they bought a house in Montejaque to renovate. This was christened Casa Real, in honour of the previous owners, whose surname is Real. Casa Real is marketed under the name CASA MONTEJAQUE and debuted on the rental market in April 2022.
